Refunds for US subscriptions are granted on request on a pro rata basis. Customers will be refunded the value of the balance of any issues and/or days of web access remaining on the subscription at the time of cancellation.
For instance, if a customer bought a 1-year (51 issues) print-only subscription for $105 and decided he or she wanted to cancel after the fifth issue had been delivered, the customer would be refunded $94.76, since every issue in this case is worth $2.06.
A customer may cancel at any time. There are no additional fees charged for granting or processing a cancellation or refund.
